ebayeBay sync

One catalog.
Two channels.
Nothing entered twice.

Your storefront and your eBay seller account, sharing one product catalog. List once, keep stock honest on both sides, and let sold-out items take themselves down.

eBay sync is included — no per-listing fee, no extra seat.

What stays in step

Every field a buyer looks at, on both channels, from one edit.

  • TitleProduct name, not a rewritten one
  • PhotosEvery image in order, uploaded to eBay
  • PriceRetail price, or a channel price you set
  • QuantityLive available units, less anything reserved
  • DescriptionThe same copy your storefront shows
  • Condition & SKUPer-product, kept stable so relists reuse them

What happens without you

The point is not a dashboard with more buttons. It is the work that stops happening.

Publish on save

Tick eBay on a product and the offer is created and published. Untick it and the listing is ended — not left to rot.

Every edit flows through

Change a price, swap a photo, rewrite the description, reorder images: the live listing is revised rather than recreated, so its history and watchers survive.

Sell-out delists

When the last unit goes, quantity drops to zero and the listing stops accepting buyers — no cancelled sales, no angry messages.

Restock relists

Add stock and the same listing comes back rather than a new one being created, so the listing's age and reputation stay with it.

Sales come back

An eBay sale decrements the storefront quantity, so both channels keep telling the truth about what you actually have.

Nothing to remember

No exports, no CSV grids, no 'did I update both?'. The catalog is the source; the listing follows.

Three steps, once

  1. 1

Turn eBay on for the store

Settings → eBay selling. Pick your inventory location and the three business policies eBay requires before anything can publish.

  2. 2

    Connect your seller account

One sign-in on eBay. You approve exactly which permissions ShopDango gets, and you can revoke them from eBay at any time.

  3. 3

Tick the products that should sell there

Per product. Physical items and auctions belong on eBay; rentals, tickets and services do not, so they are never offered for sync.

Guardrails

Your account stays yours

Listings publish under your seller account. ShopDango never touches your payouts, and disconnecting stops sync without touching listings already live.

Scoped, revocable access

The connection is limited to inventory and account settings. Read it all in your eBay account permissions, and revoke it there in one click.

Never oversell

Quantity is treated as the truth, not a copy. A sale on either channel reserves stock before the next one can be taken.

No silent drift

If eBay rejects a change — a category rule, a missing policy — it surfaces in the admin instead of failing quietly in the background.

Stop maintaining two catalogs

Build the storefront free. Turn on eBay when you are ready to sell there.
